After an initial free phone call, the next step in the process is action mapping. This helps us understand your needs and goals better. We only want to work with organizations where we can really help solve problems. During the action mapping, we will work together to determine the scope of the project, starting with the following questions:

What, if anything, have you already tried to do to solve this problem? What were the results?

At the end of the action mapping process, you’ll have a plan for how to proceed. Based on the needs and scope identified, we will provide a plan for design and development, including a cost estimate and timeline. After the action mapping process, you can take the plan to another vendor if you prefer.
Action mapping generally takes approximately 10-12 business days after an initial phone call to complete.

Re-imagine Classroom Content
into Winning Training
Online and blended learning can widen your capabilities to engage learners by using your trainers’ time more effectively and give you sustainable training. Moving existing PowerPoint presentations to a new format is no longer enough to change behaviors and practice new skills. Instead, we consider the conversion of the content and re-imagine learning experiences to teach skills or change behaviors. We work with you to figure out what’s working well in your current training so we know what must be retained. We’ll also examine what isn’t working well currently so we can improve it in the online version.

Review Existing Course Content
We can review your e-learning and provide detailed, page-by-page feedback and suggestions for improvement. Together we have over 25 years of creating engaging learning experiences and assessing learner retention to support training.

Give us up to 1 hour of finished content, prototype, storyboard, or script, and we will give you page-by-page feedback. Depending on your needs and goals, the review may include:

Ideas for more engaging and relevant interactions

Notes on visual design, layout, and image selection

Recommendations for assessing learning

Reviews will be completed within 5-7 business days after course files and payment are received.
Options:

Standard course review: This includes a review of 1 hour of content. Feedback will be tailored to your specific goals and needs.

Course review plus follow-up review: We will review the content a second time after you make changes based on the feedback provided in addition to the standard course review. The timeline for the follow-up review will be based on when your revisions are completed.

Curriculum review or large project: We can review curriculum or learning plans and larger projects with more than 1 hour of content. The pricing will be based on the scope of the project.
